Privacy & Security:
1. With the person who pawned the item. Due to our concern for your privacy and the safety of your items, we will not be able to allow your 'friend', 'wife', 'brother', or 'parents' to redeem/renew any items under your name unless you come and release them personally or unless you provide them with the redemption ticket. Loan Policies: We require valid photo identification: driver's license, passport, or any Government issued identification. We do not split up or divide loan tickets; any items pawned together must be redeemed together. We will not show or demonstrate items in pawn to a potential buyer. We do not purchase or pawn items to which you do not have a clear and valid ownership entitlement. This means that any item on 'monthly payments', 'rent to own', or other time-based and conditional sales agreements is not acceptable for pawn. Pawning these items is a type of fraud and may result in criminal charges. Pawn tickets are legal documents. According to State law, the possessor of the ticket can redeem the ticket - therefore - DO NOT LOSE YOUR PAWN TICKET. If you have lost a pawn ticket notify us IN PERSON immediately to avoid unwanted redemption of your goods by someone else. It is strongly suggested that you do not pawn or sell items for friends or acquaintances. Legally you are held responsible for those items if they flag as stolen and you may be criminally charged. Pawn only those items you are certain of. All loans must be paid back using cash. |
