Pawn Information
All loans at Acme Pawn Shops are for an initial period of 30 days. At
that time charges are due. There is a 10 day grace period. If you
redeem your item within the 10 day grace period (30 - 40 days), you will be
charged only 1 1/2 times the interest. After day 40, it is double interest
to pick up your pawn, or you may pay the interest to renew your pawn for another
30 days. Charges are due every 30 days and charges plus principal will be
charged when you return for your item.
If you know you are going to be late, call us and make arrangements.
After day 40 if we do not hear from you, we will put your item on the floor for
sale!
Acme Pawn accepts no responsibility in case of damage or loss to your items
while on pawn. However, we will take care of it like it is ours!
If we lose merchandise to any law enforcement agency or authority, Acme Pawn
will prosecute the person who pawned it to the fullest extent of the law.
No warranties, refunds or exchanges on what we sell unless in writing by the
manager.
All items must be in good, clean,
working condition. All serial numbers and identifying decals must be present and
unaltered.
Jewelry
 | All estate jewelry: value based on
gold/platinum weight, and the type, size, quality, and quantity of any stones
in the item.

| Costume jewelry is not accepted.

| Jewelry with ‘faux’ or fake stones is
valued at metal weight only.

| ‘Scrap’ gold from broken jewelry.
|
| Wristwatches from quality manufacturers
including: Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, Breitling, etc. Solid gold
watches.
